Gin Cocktail - 12%
An ode to the modern-classic New York City cocktail. Juniper-forward gin mixed with lime super juice, fresh mint syrup, pounds of English cucumber, and a measure of water. Finally, the whole batch is filtered, chilled, and thoroughly carbonated.

We are rocking with our late-summer seasonal PEACH HIGHBALL (10.5% abv) made with vodka, peach two-ways, lemon, and bitters. Featuring local peaches sourced from Bloomfield's excellent Linea Verde Green Market, this cocktail is juicy, crisp, and just-sweet-enough.
